June is Communities Month in Salem!
7th June: Big Afternoon Tea. 2pm - short walk around the lanes; 3-5pm Cream Teas for sale & Bring & Share meal with painting and crafts
13th June: Community Cafe
19th June: The Gentle Good and pop up Pub.
20th June: Bingo
Along with all the brilliant regular community clubs and groups in the hall.

From live music, to our new ‘Community Cafe’, Coffee Mornings, Table Tennis and Short Mat Bowls, to Gardening Club and Womens’ Institute - not forgetting the unmissable Village Show - there’s lots going on in Salem.
Capel Salem Heolgaled
Mae Capel Salem yn Eglwys Annibynnol Gymreig, a sefydlwyd yn wreiddiol ym 1817 ac sydd bellach wedi'i rhestru'n Radd II. Mae ganddo du mewn atmosfferig ac mae'n croesawu addolwyr ac ymwelwyr. Cynhelir gwasanaethau rheolaidd, gyda Gwasanaeth Carolau dwyieithog arbennig adeg y Nadolig.
Salem Chapel is a Welsh Independent, originally founded in 1817 and now listed Grade II. It has an atmospheric interior and welcomes worshippers and visitors. Regular services are held, with a special bilingual Carol Service at Christmas.
